Report from Singapore
Hilversum, 2 februari 2016 – Richard Gentenaar, Manager SAP Credit Management at Tacstone, reports from Singapore. End of last month he and the project team achieved yet another key milestone in the global roll out of SAP FSCM for his client.
The client is a Dutch multinational in Chemicals and Paints. The successful go-live of the Asia region for FSCM was accomplished.
Richard and the team are responsible for the implementation of a global centralized FSCM system for Credit, Dispute and Collections Management. The project meanwhile successfully connected more than 40 countries and a few hundred users on the global FSCM instance.
FSCM Credit, Dispute and Collections Management operates on a multi system landscape targeting to connect multiple back end systems by the end of the project. The system will ensure thousands of orders entered hourly are credit checked and unblocked in time to enable on schedule deliveries. Credit limits are reviewed periodically with a full integration with credit rating agency, approval matrix with business integration and eventually also integration to mobile applications.
The preparation to connect the next back end system has already started for the upcoming go live in April.
